International orders

We use EMS (Express Mail Service) and Export Post.

Delivery times (during this COVID 19 pandemic) are 7-14 days.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above AUD$150.
For all orders below AUD$150 a flat shipping rate of $20 will apply.

We process orders Monday to Friday from our Bali head office.  Please allow 1 day for us to process your order and your shipping time frame will be in addition to that.

We do not take responsibility for any Customs and Import Duties that may apply and also delays due to Customs.  

 

Orders within Indonesia

We use JNE Express for all Domestic Orders.

We provide complimentary shipping on all orders.
